How to clean Separator #2:

 

1. Press button on/lock off

 

 2.  Press button #20 (still heat) off

 

 3.  Press Man./Pause on

 

 4.  Make sure the still is empty

 

 5.  Open red butterfly drain valve located on bottom left of             separator #2

 

 6.  Press buttons #25 (still inlet) and #28 (pump) on for 30             seconds or until separator #2 drains completely to still

 

 7.  Close red butterfly drain valve

 

 8.  Press buttons #25, #28, and Man./Pause off

 

 9.  Remove bottom sight glass on separator #2 and clean               inside separator with the recommended anti-bacterial               cleaner and wipe dry

 

 10. Clean the sight glass

 

 11. Replace the sight glass and change the gasket if necessary then tighten nuts

 

 12. Press buttons Man./Pause, #50, #25, and #28 on for 25              seconds

 

 13. Press buttons #28, #25, #50, and Man./Pause off

 

 14. Press button #20 on

 

 15. Check for leaks.
