How to clean the Liquid Cooling Ring Tank:

 

1. Press button on/lock off

 

 2.  Press button #20 (still heat) off

 

 3.  Press button Man./Pause on

 

 4.  Open red butterfly drain valve located on bottom left of             liquid ring cooling tank

 

 5.  Press buttons #25 (still inlet) and #28 (pump) on for 15             seconds or until liquid ring cooling tank drains completely       to the still

 

 6.  Close red butterfly drain valve

 

 7.  Press buttons #25, #28, and Man./Pause off

 

 8.  Remove sight glass on liquid ring cooling tank and clean         inside the tank with the recommended anti-bacterial                 cleaner and wipe dry

 

 9.  Clean the sight glass

 

 10. Clean the float sensor inside the liquid ring cooling tank

 

 11. Replace the sight glass and change the gasket if                        necessary & tighten nuts

 

 12. Press buttons Man./Pause, #50, #25, and #28 on for 25              seconds

 

 13. Press buttons #28, #25, and #50 off

 

 14. Press buttons #14 (outlet of tank 3), #24 (inlet of tank 3),            and #28 (pump) on

 

 15. Open yellow handle ball valve above the liquid ring                    cooling tank to fill with solvent. Note: if solvent flow is              slow you may press button #24 off

 

 16. Fill liquid ring cooling tank with solvent to the MAX line

 

 17. Close the yellow handle ball valve

 

 18. Press buttons #28, #24, #14, and Man./Pause off

 

 19. Press button #20 on

 

 20. Check for leaks.
